University Registration Instructions
(Please note this is separate from league registration, instructions to follow)

This year the University registration process will be handled online. Payments will still be made in the same way with fees being given to the treasurer or other committee member and recorded. The only difference being you MUST have a Membership ‘Transaction #’ which you receive once you have completed the online sign-up process. The sign-up has to be completed only once and after that you will not need to update any further information.

Step By Step:
- Register with the University of Surrey Student Union (USSU) at www.ussu.co.uk/membership (URN for Kingston is the student card ID number beginning with K)

- Once registration has been completed and you are signed in select ‘Sports’ from the left side menu then ‘American Football Club’ in the centre. Once here, select ‘Sign Up’ in the top menu.

- Enter/Update your details and click next.

- In the sports club tab select American Football. The price quoted does not include registration which is paid to the league.

- Once that has been selected click next, and then next again after you enter any societies you may be a part of (Surrey only).

- You will then be taken to the ‘Membership Questions’ page. Fill in the necessary information.

- The next page is the ‘Membership Checkout’. Please select ‘Pay at union (or on collection)’.

Once the entire form has been filled in you will see a receipt page.
Please make a note in your players pack membership receipt page of the ‘Transaction #’. Or e-mail it along with your name to surreystingers@gmail.com

Without the Transaction # any payment made to the club will not be reflected on your online details page and the University will have no record of your payment.

League Registration Instructions

ROOKIES ONLY!

Your league player registration forms will be made available from 11th Oct.
To complete the form you will need:
- One passport sized photograph
- A photocopy of proof of age, either Driving Licence, Passport or Birth Certificate with Student Card. Student Card alone will NOT suffice
- £30 registration fee
- Transaction # from USSU website.

If you are unable to receive a form at training then please download and complete one which is to be submitted on Sunday.

RETURNING PLAYERS!

ALL NOTE:
Rules apply when providing a photo:
- Do NOT obscure the image with adhesive tape.
- Do NOT wear any head gear and face the camera directly.
- Please ensure that your full name and ‘Surrey Stingers’ is printed on the back of the photograph
